Global Scheduling Comes to Avonni Calendar

Coordinating across different locations just got significantly easier! The Avonni Calendar component now features a highly requested Time Zone Selection capability. Directly within the calendar view, you'll find a convenient drop-down menu. Select the desired time zone, and watch as all events instantly realign and display according to that specific zone. This is great for teams across the globe, eliminating confusion and streamlining the planning of meetings and tasks, no matter where your colleagues are based.

Visualize Key Metrics Clearly with New Avonni Chart Options

We're excited to introduce two new ways to represent single data points within your Flows using Avonni Charts:

• Gauge Chart: The classic gauge chart brings your KPIs to life. Its familiar semicircular dial design, similar to a speedometer, provides an immediate visual understanding of progress towards a goal or current performance levels. You can easily customize thresholds and colors to indicate status at a glance clearly.

• Flat Gauge Chart: Looking for a clean, modern way to display metrics, especially in dashboards or areas with limited screen real estate? The new Flat Gauge Chart offers a sleek, linear bar (configurable as horizontal or vertical) that presents key data points effectively and concisely.

Beyond the highlighted features, version 6.2 also includes a range of enhancements to existing functionalities and important bug fixes. Explore the lists below for a detailed breakdown of what we've improved and resolved in this release to ensure a smoother and more reliable experience.

Improvements ✨

• Record Detail:

  • The "Upsert Records" interaction now includes OnSuccess and OnError handling, allowing for custom actions (like displaying specific toast messages) upon successful completion or failure, similar to the "Update Records" action.

• Kanban:

  • Added idealWidth property for custom templates to ensure they display correctly.

  • When first using the component, the default data source is now set to "Variables" instead of "Manual", improving the initial setup experience.

  • Validation for automatically formatted initials was added in the Avatar element.

• Progress Indicator:

  • Added missing styling hooks for Path and Vertical Navigation types, providing more customization options.

• Filter (Data Display Components):

  • Users can now control the display order of filter values (e.g., in Kanban). Options include using the picklist's default field order or defining a custom order, providing more flexibility beyond the default alphabetical sorting.

• Query Editor:

  • We have added an "expression" option for the "Number of Days" setting within Date Literals, offering more dynamic date filtering capabilities.

• Combobox:

  • Added min and max properties for enhanced input control and validation.

Bug Fixes 🐞

• Kanban

  • Resolved currency display overflow issues.

  • Fixed an issue with the subGroupFieldName button in the base variant.

  • Corrected vertical alignment problems within the toolbar.

  • Fixed a z-index issue where the action dropdown could appear underneath other items when not hovered.

  • Addressed an issue where the summarize section was displayed even when no summary field was selected.

• Progress Indicator

  • Fixed alignment issues within the Actions property.

  • Resolved inconsistencies where styling hooks specific to one type (e.g., bar) remained active after changing the indicator type (e.g., to circle).

  • Addressed issues with step icon groups in the property editor for the horizontal type.

  • Fixed navigation buttons appearing incorrectly on the right when alignment was applied.

  • Corrected a top padding issue for the horizontal type.

  • Fixed responsiveness issues when changing the type between horizontal and path.

• Map

  • Fixed an issue causing the map to turn grey when switching to the Leaflet map type.

  • Resolved the toolbar's vertical alignment setting having no effect.

  • Corrected marker overflow when displaying a list of markers.

  • Fixed a property editor error with Google Maps and a single marker configuration.

  • Resolved a "Duplicate key" error in the property editor console.

  • Fixed an issue in Lightning Map where a single click triggered two interactions when the list view was visible.

  • Addressed an issue where the map center was no longer reactive to changes.

• Input Choice Set

  • Fixed rows not displaying correctly during copy-paste operations.

• Data Table

  • Fixed an issue with reloading the table after saving changes using the Group By feature.

  • Resolved an issue where the filter popover incorrectly showed "No Results Found" even when data existed, particularly with large datasets.

  • Fixed an export issue where lookup fields exported Record IDs instead of the associated record names.

• Tree

  • Fixed an issue where the combobox component within the Tree did not correctly display dependent picklist fields.

• Query Editor

  • Removed the persistent spinner that appeared unnecessarily at the end of the search bar when searching for objects, improving UI clarity
