A Component attribute can be set into a variable to set this attribute as a common value wherever it's used in your flow.
Create a variable resource
Enter an API Name
For the Data Type field, select Text
Type the Attribute value in the Default Value field and "Done"
Click on the component you want to create a variable to
Open the Component Builder
Select the Attribute where you want to associate your variable
Select Mapped as a display option to access your flow variables
Select your variable
Click "Done" to save
