# Create a link to the record using the href attribute

## Overview

This page walks you through adding a link to a current record page where a component contains a **`Href`** attribute.&#x20;

The **`href`** attribute is part of the following components:&#x20;

* [List](/flow/flow-components/list.md)
* [Carousel](/flow/flow-components/carousel.md)
* [Activity Timeline](/flow/flow-components/timeline.md)

## Steps

### 1. Open an Avonni Component&#x20;

* Click on one of the Avonni Components on which you want to customize the Href attribute.
* Open the **Component Builder**.

### 2. Adjust the Href attribute&#x20;

* Go to the **`Data Mapping`** section.
* Look for the Href section
* Switch to the Advanced content
* Type **`/{{Record.Id}}`** to set the link redirection to the current record
