Overview

AX - Audio is an Experience Cloud component that embeds audio players on Experience Sites pages, supporting direct audio file URLs or audio extracted from video files.

Use it to add audio content like training materials, product demos, announcements, or support resources directly in your customer or partner portal. Configure the player's appearance and controls in Experience Builder without code.

Perfect for self-service training, audio instructions, recorded messages, or multimedia content for portal users.

Properties

Setting	Description
Audio URL or Expression	Specify the direct link to your audio file, allowing for seamless embedding within the page.
Volume	Adjust the default volume level to ensure your audio plays at the desired loudness, enhancing user comfort.
Playback Rate	Set the speed at which your audio plays, offering users a customized listening experience, whether they prefer a slower or quicker pace.
Autoplay	Enable this to have your audio start playing automatically once the page loads, eliminating the need for user initiation.
Loop	With this setting, the audio will continually replay from the beginning once it finishes, offering a continuous audio experience.
Hide Controls	Opt to make the audio controls invisible, providing a cleaner look while the audio plays in the background.
